Refund Policy
Fees shall be credited for a Non-qualified Lead. Purchaser shall make available to Provider a list of Non-qualified Leads, within five
(5) days from receipt thereof. Within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of such Non-qualified Leads, provided timely notice was
given by Purchaser, Provider shall credit Purchaser fees charged for any non-qualified Leads. Refunds shall be made by credit
against Purchaser’s account. A full refund will be issued if a lead purchased falls into one of the following categories:
- If lead is a duplicate submitted by the same consumer and with respect to the same credit product.
- If data transmitted is incomplete and does not permit Purchaser to make contact with the consumer, either because the data provided contains incorrect telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, or otherwise.
- If data was entered via www by a consumer lacking legal capacity to make a contract (a minor, a person of diminished mental capacity, etc.).
- If client determines, following contact with the consumer, which the data entered concerning the consumer's identity is false.
